How I handle your data, in plain terms.

The daratlas.fr site complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. Here is exactly what I collect, why, and for how long.

Data controller

The data controller is Sami Agouram, operating under the commercial name Dar Atlas, 29 rue Gabriel Péri, 91100 Villabé.

Data collected via the contact form

When you fill out the contact form, we collect: your name, email, project type, estimated budget (optional), an optional link to an existing site, and the description of your project.

Purpose : reply to your request, send you a quote, manage the client relationship.

Legal basis : pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6-1-b GDPR).

Retention period : 3 years after the last contact, then archived or deleted.

Anonymous analytics

The site uses an analytics solution that sets no cookies and collects no personally identifiable visitor data.

The data collected (page view, source, country, browser) is aggregated and anonymous.

Cookies

The daratlas.fr site sets no cookies for analytics, marketing or social media. No consent banner is therefore required.

Only strictly necessary technical cookies may be used for site operation (for example, remembering the chosen language). These cookies are exempt from consent under CNIL guidelines.

Data recipients

Your data is never shared or sold to third parties. It is processed exclusively by Sami Agouram as part of Dar Atlas operations.

Technical sub-processors used : OVHcloud (hosting), Resend (transactional emails). All are GDPR-compliant.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the following rights over your personal data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.

To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@daratlas.fr. We reply within one month maximum.

In case of disagreement, you can file a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL).

Security

The site applies technical and organizational security measures: mandatory HTTPS, strict security headers (CSP, HSTS), encryption in transit and at rest, regular dependency updates, vulnerability audits.

This policy may evolve. The last update date is shown below. For substantial changes, we notify existing contacts by email.
